Former industrial estate from the early days of town, where smelting and manufacturing from Old Mines' iron took place. It's mostly offices now.
High-rise corporate offices. Narrow streets struggle with traffic 24/7, which is why really important people commute by heli - almost every building has a landing pad. If you have corporate pass, you can use maglev and use extensive system of covered overpasses between buildings to get to the office without your expensive shoes touching the streets. Everybody else just uses subway or rail - central terminal is nearby.
Tall buildings keep streets in almost perpetual shade with exception of noon, when north-to-south streets are mercilessly blasted with heat for a solid hour. This reality divides every workforce in two camps - those who take their break before noon and those who wait for outside to cool off after it.
