Dokan Condemns the Killings of Dignitaries

Dokan publicly condemns the deaths of their diplomats in Olivanar and expresses sorrow for the Talashan murders of Nes and the Thalantir. They reiterate that the Dokan feel far too much respect for the Thalantir, which includes Nes, in their eyes, to have ever have harmed them. They choose to remind the world that the Thalantir specifically rescued the Dokan in the year 475 from a beast of great magnitude and the occupation of the Avenging Warlord.
