Elf
The elves are a race of godkin created by Kis' during the initial population of Earth. They were created alongside the angels and the tinymen.
Origin
Elves were created by the goddess, Kis', alongside the angels and fairies. They were created during the initial population of Earth. Although elves were initially created on Earth, they've since migrated to Maji during the Migration to Maji . Since elves are descendants of Kis', they naturally spend their afterlife in Kis' Realm.Description
Elves are significantly closer to Kis' than other godkin, the exception being the angels. This means that the elves have an appearance very similar to Kis' herself. They are on the tall end of Kis'-descended Godkin, being six through seven feet tall. They also possess pointed ears, similarly to the angels and fairies. Elves, however, lack wings, similarly to men and giants. The elves' close relationship with Kis' has also given them an extreme magic affinity, comparable to the angels. The elves' affinity for magic has gone as far as change the appearance of elves, depending on which form of magic they take to, splitting the elven race into multiple separate races. The old elves were the ancestors of all other ethnicities of elf. They were the ones to settle the Elven Islands during the Era of the New Dawn and to construct the elven ruins seen in the Dragonlands. As the elven population got separated across the Great Sea, the old elves naturally split into separate races based on the form of magic best suited to the locations elven populations found themselves in.Light Elves
Main Article: Light Elf Light elves are a pale-skinned race of elf that mainly reside on the islands of Structuro and Structzeno. Upon arriving on Structuro, the ancestors of the light elves quickly took to the Storm as the control of heat was essential for life in the Arctic. The elves' affinity for the Storm caused them to develop pale skin and white or light blonde hair. The light elves have the strongest magic potency of the elves, as it has been built into their everyday life for thousands of years.Blacken Elves
Main Article: Blacken Elf Blacken elves, also known as black elves, have gained a natural affinity for the Aether. They reside mainly on the Eastern side of Torlos. Their use of the Aether has caused their skin to become cracked and pitch black in color. The cracks in their skin glow purple with the Aether. The cracks in the skin of blacken elves form a pattern similar to that of scales on a reptile, which they are often referred to as in a derogatory manner.Wood Elves
Main Article: Wood Elf Wood elves, also known as forest elves, are a tan-skinned race of elf that mainly reside in the jungles of Western Torlos. The ancestors of the wood elves quickly developed an affinity for the Life to fit their jungle lifestyle. They developed tan skin and brown hair. Wood elves are known to use their magical abilities to manipulate the growth of vegetation to form large settlements within the trees of West Torlos.Orcs
Main Article: Orc Orcs are a race of elf that have developed an affinity for the Destruction and have been corrupted by the influence of Tiilaer, similarly to that of demons. The orcs started as many small tribes of elves of Structuro and Structzeno who used the Destruction as a heat source, instead of the Storm. In doing so, they prayed to the Wolf, the totemic representation of the god, Tiilaer. Over time, the influence of Tiilaer caused the members of the tribes to morph into a green or grey-skinned, deformed race of elf. They are seen as primitive by the light elves and other races and are shunned by light elven societies. In an event known as the Great Orcish Banishment , many of the orcs residing in Structuro and Structzeno were banished to the Faerii Place, where they were enslaved by Tiilaer. This event was sparked by the formation of Rune, an orcish kingdom that existed in Northeastern Structzeno.Notable Elves
