Find Bartholomew, The Transmuter, who is aware of the phenomenon, but doesn't seem particularly interested in investigating
The professor sends the group to a student called Fiona, who has expressed an interest
Fiona turns out to be a wild mage with a large debt. Celine gives the young woman some gold to cover her debts, and the group ask if she can continue her investigation. Fiona agrees, but makes no promises of solving the mystery
Party heads back to Takari Peak to receive their 5GP reward for rescuing Marty
On the way, they experience some small tremours in the area between the Manto Woods and Hadlo
Pick up new quest to remove a dragon from the Dora Lake
An old man enters a places a job request on the board. Tanfan removes it, explaining that this man has been posted a request to save his cat from a tree for the past few days
The party decide to help this man, though cannot find him outside the guild
Barnabus and Roan head out to try and find the contact from the Church of Tenasma, whilst the rest of the party head into the guild's tavern
In the tavern, the old man seeking his cat is sitting at a table
The party approach and agree to rescue the cat. The old man reveals himself to be "Isaac", a cleric from another world. His cat is actually a goddess known as Bastet, which is stuck on Yggdrasil
Isaac is thankful for the party's help, but relents that they are not yet strong enough for the challenge. He will find them again when the time is right
Entering the tavern not long after Isaac's departure is an elven woman with auburn hair. Chattering begins to erupt around the taproom at her arrival, and Celine and Blair go to the bar to speak with the newcomer
The Elf is a member of The Outcasts, the guild's only adamantine ranked group. Her name is Torleth Vanorin. Torleth has a slightly awkward conversation with the pair, before being summoned away for a mission
Meanwhile, Barnabus and Roan complete a stroll around the city before spotting a lone figure in a park
Barnabus approaches, and the figure removes their hood, revealing themselves to be a female drow
The drow confirms that they are the head of the Church of Tenasma, known as The Order of the Faceless One. Her name is Danifae Nightkeeper, and she has a favour to ask
Danifae would like to be invited to the royal wedding, as all the other heads of Kureta's churches have been. She would also like to make a speech, announcing the church's new doctrine
Barnabus agrees to invite Danifae to the wedding, but advises against the speech. He instead suggests that this message be delivered through conversation at the wedding
Danifae agrees, but Barnabus is left with a sense of Tenasma's disapproval
The party have a night's rest, before heading to Aztaun in the morning
In Aztaun, the party speak with Leon Jay, the town's mayor and provider of the quest
Leon explains that the dragon has claimed the lake for its own, and will severely hinder the town's tourism business if not removed
The dragon seems to have a following of Kobolds to do its business, who have demanded that the mayor send them money
The group head to the Dora Lake to begin their investigation, and possible dragon slaying
