Fiona is a student at the University of Magic.
Collective Action encountered the young woman at the university whilst investigating the supernatural spoiling of Kureta's water. Fiona, being a wild mage, found the phenomenon interesting as it reminded her of a wild Magic surge. The adventuring group has asked Fiona to continue investigating the strange occurance.
Celine gave the young woman 100GP for her debts, which Fiona has apparently accrued as a consequence of her constant magical mishaps.
