Corriente Farm
Purpose / Function
While the pride of the farm is their many varieties of carrot grown at different seasons of the year, Corriente Farm follows the traditions of the prior human owners to rotate through a series of other crops in each field, each year, to keep everything growing as it must. Some of the other crops are not worth much even as bunny chow, winding up in a big mulch pile.
There's those around as suggest Corriente Farm's real cash crop is in raising "drama", but Grandmammy Clementine won't hear such backchatter from the unwashed masses!
- Clementine Gnarlbeard, grandmammy of the Gnarlbeard family, ain't no "farmhand". She gets top billing. She did even when her poor dear departed Kroder Gnarlbeard was still around.
Farmhands:
- Eadgyeth Gnarlbeard, eldest granddaughter, married to Eugene Gnarlbeard
- Thurgus Gnarlbeard, cousin of Eadgyeth and grandson of Clementine, married to Lorelei 'Spitfire' Gnarlbeard
- Rebellious "black goat" of the family Manfred Gnarlbeer recently returned to the clan homestead with his bride Margrit Gnarlbeer, a gifted weaver who is still adjusting to country life

Farm Animals:
- chickens
- bunny rabbits
- two cheap, surly, ungrateful mules or goats or somethin' during ploughing time, rented from Oat Livery and they might be half-rhinoceros for all we can say
- tumbleweeds start growing in the fallow fields every mid-spring. They roam around the fields by late summer and going into autumn.
- and if they don't gitcha, the sidewinders and crawlers will!
