An Elven cobbler. Quite proficient with a bow. Was struck down in a fight outside Oxenhalt. Awaited a healer and a diamond to restore her within The Temple of Oxenhalt under the care of Esabel Chantry and Kuskyn.
Eventually, Dharra Boulderfoot and Arkomir Phinan were able to return with some diamonds from Belhaim and a healer, Lukas, they found near Darin's Fall and were able to assist Lukas and Esabel in a long ritual to restore her.
Elanil was responssible for crafting the magical boots worn by both Arkomir and Dharra.
Elanil and Kuskyn have revealed they are originally from the Drift Empire.
