Taur-na-Chardhîn Tribes
A country located in the south west of Emmel home to a sect of Elves known as the Díne that maintain their nomadic life styles.
Structure
The organization is a loose one at best, and tribes are free to roam and maintain the lifestyle of their choosing. Once per year each tribe leader will travel to Caras I-Ngelelaið to discuss amongst each other issues between clans or outside threats. Besides this there is no formal governmental structure.
Culture
At heart, many of the tribes are nomadic save for a few who have made an agricultural settlement near the center of the forest. Even so all of them share their wariness of those outside the forest's borders. While not openly hostile to outsiders, they are usually met with apprehension.
Public Agenda
To maintain their ways of life and resist the influence of the outside world.
Assets
Nearly every single elf is a warrior, hunter, or mage capable of defending their lands in lieu of a formal army. in addition the woods are magical in nature and nearly impenetrable.
In the ways of trade, the Kenku dominated city of Chatter provides lumber for those in the Tiefling city of Orthant Rassent to sell, so the country does have some outside influence.

History
Many thousands of years ago during the Era of Blood there was a schism between the elves, and in the end their solution was to seperate. One faction decided to keep to themselves and maintain their old ways, the Díne, and the other faction embraced the new ways and assimilated new cultures and ideas into their own, the elves of the Eldamar Kingdom known as the Eldar.
