Olin

Olin is located in the West side of Kutloc, built on The Hill of the High Cliffs.

The small city is surrounded by a 4 foot high hedge - trimmed and care for - on the slope of "the Hill" which leads up to the High Cliffs. It has amazing views out over The Whale Sea, the Marigold Coast and the northwards over that area of Kutloc.

THE REFLECTIVE STONE

Blackmarket Store
The building is made of dark wood, and has mirrored glass double doors as entrance. There are mirrors located all around the store. Owner: Lexi Juliton - female Human, with long shaggy dark broown hair, hazel brown eyes that seem to stare into a person's soul, high perception, and healthy skin of reddish-brown undertones.
Show spoiler
Aplha Werewolf of the Kutloc Moon Masks of The Thieves Guild.

STAFF: Luxton Ocotar Half-Elf male - very loyal to Lexi, seems to hear extremely well, golden eyes and light brown long hair, never smiles.

Fortress of Stoile

Castle owned by Dolen and Antia Stoile (siblings) - members of The Gamblers' Run.
The siblings took it over only twenty years prior to the Gambler's Bane arriving in Kutloc. The place had been used as a museum.
Inside the fortress there are two distinct parts: the keep, with its square turrets and the gothic entrance is the older part and residential wing, and the more recent round towers and massive corbeled wall that connects them. The two towers, the wall, and the keep surround the parade grounds.
The area is dotted with rocky peaks that rise steeply from the sea cliffs known as High Cliffs. On each of these peaks, the ruins of a castle or fort recall a tumultuous past. To anyone visiting, who walks up the plain towards Olin, the City-Fortress appears as a huge shield of high smooth rock. It appears like a ship with the bow to the East, the bell tower like a mast, and the handful of houses scattered around.

Government

Dolen and Antia Stoile of the Gamblers' Run govern the city - however, there is much alternative influence within Olin.
