Chairmen

The Chairmen are one of the ruling mob families of New Vegas, running the Tops Hotel & Casino. The Chairmen exemplify the the aesthetic of the 1950's Las Vegas. They can be considered the "Vegas Average" with their Casino being one of the most visited in the city, being the middle ground between opulence, and affordability. The Chairmen, along with the Omertas and the White Glove Society, were the first of the original three families to start New Vegas under Robert House.
