Henry Orville

Henry Orville, aka "Mad Orville", is a commander within the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave's Mojave Military. Best known for his "insane antics" that include expiditions into the Grand Canyon to aggravate Caesar's Legion, his penchant for fighting on the front, and his obsession with Pre-War tanks. Orville is the commander of the forces spread across the Nevada side of the Grand Canyon, with his very rarely stayed at headquarters being Hoover Dam. He is also famous among his men, as unlike other commanders who got their ranks with the forming of the military, Orville is the first to ascend the ranks naturally, fighting in both the Raider War and the Vegas-Legion War under the command of Santino Cortez, before achieving his own promotion in 2294. Since then he has made a habit of bending the peace with the Legion as far as he can, and makes no secret that he will be a devil for the Legion if hostilities ever do break out again.
