Adaircourt

Adaircourt is the second largest city-state in Dunwichia.
Adaircourt rivals Corhext in wealth and luxury because of it's partial dominion over the Gem Islands. It often claims to be the cultural center of Dunwichia, but most non-Adairan Dunwichians would disagree.
While the country's main army trains in Dunwich, the Navy calls the port of Adaircourt home.

The population of Adaircourt is similar to the population of Dunwichia as a whole, though there are fewer dwarves and a the elven population is slightly elevated. Genasi can often be seen around the port, as most Adairan Genasi are drafted into the navy, but few are seen within the city proper.

Government

The Adairan Governor rules the city-state with a council made up of the heads of other Adairan noble families, as well as some elected and appointed officials. The current ruling family of Adaircourt is the Qadi Family.

Points of interest

The second largest university in Dunwichia, and the third largest on the continent, is located in Adaircourt.
