Personal history
Gloria and her sister Chktari had once ruled alongside one another as the godesses of victory and defeat. That was, until the War of Two Sisters. They had a disagreement in which we do not know the terms of, which led to them sending their followers to slay one another on the field of battle. Ever since, their relations have not recovered.
Morality & Philosophy
Gloria believes that any offender can be redeemed, no matter their crime. This even applies for people with absolutely no intension to change, but she still holds true to her philosophy, for better or for worse.
