ZETA 2 RETICULI: CALPAMOS

A large, ringed, and ruddy brown gas giant, Calpamos is the fourth planet in orbit around Zeta2 Reticuli. The planet itself is unremarkable and it is best known for the tragic rumors surrounding incidents that supposedly occurred within its system of moons.   Calapamos is a gas giant located within or around the habitable zone of one of the stars in the Zeta Reticuli system. It possesses rings, much like the planet Saturn; these rings are thought to be the remains of a disintegrated moon that was broken apart by the gravitational shift induced when Acheron (LV-426) was captured by Calpamos' orbit, some 40 million years ago.[4] The planet's coloration is somewhat mixed, in some parts light brown and in others a darker brown   Climate Not much is known about the materials or gases that make up the atmosphere of Calpamos (but is believed to have similar types of materials to the planet Jupiter).
