Great Desert

The Great Desert lies in the northern part of Libya (the great landmass to the south of the Middle Sea, where Tunis and Khemri are located). Much of Khemri (except the fertile river valley ) is part of the desert. It is not all sand - much of it is rough rock and scrub, but there are significant areas which are sand. Part of the great desert is the Pearl Sea where the Caarth live.
