Life's Last Breath
Life's Last Breath is a cursed Demonic weapon, said to be the harbinger of Ledna'k.
History
There is no record of the construction of Life's Last Breath, and few mentions of it outside of prophetic scripture from the earliest days of the Church of Eighteen Eyes. What few clues cna be gathered suggest that the blade was found, built, or first described by the Stelta. It is believed the sword was fashioned out of the Pillar of the North, a titanic monolith believed to have once stood at the north pole. It is believed that the blade was used by warlords in service to Ledna'k before being lost, and stepping into legend and prophecy.
Life's Last Breath is believed to currently be in the possession of Ser Kerridin of the Bold, a Scofflaw who discovered it during the twelth foray among the many treasures hidden in Bogwatch by Endës the Hag.
Significance
The blade was originally supposed to appear during the End Times — unsheathed during the Final Battle by a champion of the Weaverender — which would herald the unmaking of the Song of Creation. This, obviously, never occured, and it is believed that its absense was a key factor in the failure of the Dark Powers.
Theologians of the radical order known as the Chorus of Endless Stars suggest that Life's Last Breath may be Resounding, meaning that it manifests in every hypothetical Song throughout the cosmos.
