ser Jakor Rok
Jakor was born to ser Sofina Rok and Madam Lenila Rok-Wayn in 399KS, their second child after ser Koryn Rok. He married ser Lusia Rok-Upcliffe and together they had two children, Sessa and Ceria Rok.
When news broke of The Tourney at Fairstrand 441KS and the brewing Revolution of 441KS, House Somercrag of Bayglen wrote to the houses of The Fortifications of The Pass to strike down the banners of their liege House Skanler of Farcastle and put up the Queen's colours instead. This led to bitter fighting between the houses, with House Rok of Southwatch, House Upcliffe of Northwatch and House Wayn of Thunderbolt Bluff siding with Royalist Soldiers, while House Slynt of North Keep, House Costayne of South Keep and House Phyrefenn of Eastgate sided with House Skanler and the revolutionary forces.
The Royalist forces were successful in taking control of the Western side of The Pass, siezing the North and South Keeps from their defenders, but were smashed aside by the vanguard of ser Tyon Cray's forces.
His eldest daughter had been killed while serving as a squire to his wife in the first battle to claim the keeps. His wife, Brother, Brother-by-law, and both his Niece and Nephew, died either in the fighting against the revolutionaries or executed as traitors on the order of ser Barbenna Knotte as Marshal of the Skanler forces. By the end of the fighting ser Jakor and his youngest child, Ceria, were the only surviving members of House Rok.
Ceria was taken to be the Ward of House Peake of Two Points as a hostage, while ser Jakor was released as Lord of Southwatch.
In 451KS ser Jakor died at the age of fifty-two. Ceria was allowed to return to Southwatch for the first time in a decade to attend his funeral and take up the position herself.
