As part of Somercrag Rescue Effort 448KS in response to the eruption of The Boxsart Hills in the previous year, The Hollow Chapter of the Order of The Laughing Tree swelled in size as the influx of Refugees from The Kingdoms of Rotheval and Hillhurst gravitated to the Chapter-Houses of the Rothevalian Knightly Orders throughout The Kingdom of Somercrag, creating a new settlement to house the order's growing support network.
