Carn Frallum

Northernmost of the great cities in the Frais Region, it has long been the shield of the great capital, is situated on the western bend of the great river Ullamar which could carry one to the far Norlands, often carrying raiders with it to the lush south lands. The city itself isn't that large, but the Carn Lord of Frallum oversees large portions of the important Ullum the bends, which sees a fertile valley of some of the most important farming lands in the entirety of the Frian Lowlands. Thus Frallum is surrounded by many interspersed farming communities who often hire during the harvesting seasons to get the crops before the annual flooding of the bend, except for the large cranberries bogs at the southernmost valley.
The city itself is mostly concerned around the trade to the north in this day and age, where the once wild raiders are now valued trading partners, and more importantly, it has become a staging ground for the military that needs to send provisions and men to the north at an ever-increasing rate, expanding the once small ports into a fully-fledged staging ground.
