Morkova

The Night Shroud, The Ancient, Enchained Wrathmonger, Mother of Monsters

Perhaps the oldest of the celestials, even during the Age of Chaos she was a force to be reckoned with, for she was the darkness which reigned in that era when stars vaunted their light into her darkness only to illuminate nothing and be suffocated in her embrace. Once upon a time, she sat next to Raziel as his Queen, ruler of the gods, but for her sins, she was ousted and sealed away, a lenient punishment according to what records remained for her monumental act of wrath. Now, little is known about her, only the most ancient of ruins and tomes speak of her name, and though in places they may still whisper her name, almost instinctually in an effort to appease the horrors of the night.   It is said that she much like her adoptive daughter, Lirika cared deeply for those abandoned by others, after all, gave the young moon, a home within the celestial pantheon, and raised her to take over some of her own Mantels, and act unheard of before this.

Mother of Monsters

Once hailed the great mother, the giver of life and sculpture of life, for her efforts in seeding the material plane with life, as she taught her children the art of creating life and many other gods. She was ultimately responsible for the creation of the First Born and the dreaded Vaprai, and for that, she has been called the Mother of Monsters.

Nightshroud

She is the great night, the darkness that sweeps everything not touched by the light of Hezarion, another moniker which earned her the fear of many, for within the great darkness are countless horrors both imagined and real and all those who dwell within her shroud she hails as her own, those forsake the light and seek her protection and walk the night, walk with her blessing.

Buried alive

Morkova was buried for her sins against the world ad the celestials, and her temples burned and destroyed, nothing remains of her ways or what she stood for, and only fragments remain, and the ill words of the other gods for condemnation.
