Tenak'uan
Lord of the skies, Freedom's Wing , Father Sky, and Guide of the lost. Tenak'uan
Called a primitive god by many, he is usually worshipped by nomads and some races to which he has a special connection such as Orcs, Centaurs, and Harpies. All the peoples who wander the lands, all those who seek a place of their, and freedom.
He is the one who brings the wind and it is he who tells nomads where to go when lost in the blistering sands, the dense jungles, and the waste oceans. The wandering tribes as such often pay homage to him in order to be led to fertile lands, to the next oasis. He is also worshipped as the father of battle, the old stories claim he was the first god to slay an Another. As such the orcs hold him in great respect, and often chant his name when fighting, besides their own god. He is revered by the centaurs who hope to be taken to his great plain when they die and follow his winds for new grasslands, The Harpies who fly upon his winds and keep them aloft.
Aspects
The Free Spirit
He is the wandering one, his soul restless to move and explore, never ceasing and always in motion. This is something he encourages in his followers, as such he is not known to directly help or direct his followers, as he wants them to explore their own paths and grow as their own beings. The Warrior
The Aspect also referred to as the Father of war, for having supposedly been among the first of the gods to kill another. It is something steeped in myth and legend with no clear answer, and neither does he elaborate on his past. But there are those, especially among the orcs, who follow this aspect of him, to fight with honor and glory, not as soldiers bound by law or profession, but as warriors bound by oath and their own sense of right and wrong. The Protector
He is also known as the protector, it is the fatherly aspect of Tenak'uan. The Aspect which out of love and pity guides the lost and protects his flock. To Tenak'uan the only thing which is worthy of battle, is to protect that which you love, though it bears a close resemblance to his aspect of the warrior, the Protector emphasis love over honor in all things.Worship
The Worship of father sky is rather simple, and in truth, he expects nothing in return from his followers, as he has few. But those who wish to draw his attention would pray to him at high altitudes and usually with a small token sacrifice. The Worship of Tenak'uan is usually a personal one, as such worship rarely bears prayers of praise in his name, but rather a more conversational tone as if between Father and child. To honor your god
