Captain

Captrain Agazhug is an infamous pirate that is rarely seen outside the Aurrus Sais, well known for fast and vicious attacks on even the most hardened targets. They command a small fleet of ships, most of which are rarely seen apart from Captrain Agazhug's flagship, The Gale Wraith. Very little is known about their origins, goals, or where they go between raids, but much is known in bar halls, by patrons deep within their cups, and whispered amongst sailors on watch late at night.

Early Life

The circumstances around Agazhug's birth and early years are are unknown. It is believed that Agazhug is somewhere around 40 years old, an estimate based on substantiated early career events and apparent aging over the last thirty years that they have been active for. Kegani, and those familiar with the Kegani language agree that Agazhug speak with a rural accent, common in some smaller Kegani settlements, far away from Nautyl’leh.

The first appearance of the name of Agazhug into pirate lore was nearly his last. Records from Cherut Das circa 12,473 RA show a Kegani of unknown origins having been arrested and awaiting trial for four counts of murder and two more of maiming after instigating a bar fight. At some point in the early morning before they were to be executed, Agazhug escaped after other crewmates blasted a hole in the wall of the jail and escaped into the city.

Since then, Agazhug has been sighted in numerous raids and heists upon a tremendous number of ships, city states, and other targets in and around the Aurrus Sais. It is not common to see their red and black flag upon the horizon, but when it is seen, it signals certain doom.

Rumors

A common rumor has it that Captain Agazhug has somehow managed to command a pod of Cenna to follow and assist them in battle. This claim is substantiated by multiple sources claim to have witnessed a pod working in concert with Agazhug's fleet. A common detail from these stories is of a single albino Cenna bull Just as common are rumors about Agazhug's physical prowess, capacity for violence, and bravado. Common stories about Agazhug include feats ranging from the impressive to the ludicrous, such as:

Having snipped an elder Vrii harvester clean in half with a single snip of their claws.
Wrestled a Graap to the ground for a bet over ownership of a ship
Survived having been swallowed whole by an Isarus for three days before slicing their way out of the creatures belly
Sneaked aboard a Ra military vessel while hiding in a barrel, later breaking out and murdering the Captain in his sleep, then swimming for two days straight to return to their crew
