The 16 Nations

The 16 Nations, commonly referred to as the 16, are the Nations recognized by the Council of Nations as independent political entities and therefore have seats on the Council. They have large complex cities, and the founding races of each make up the majority of the population on the continent. All the nations have one founding race archetype that laid the foundations of their culture, though many are much more diverse now than when they were founded.
