Everska

Everska is a rural borough across the river and under the shadow of it's great neighbor Leathem. Those wealthy that live in the country make up their residence here.
What cannot be grown in the mountains is grown here, most notably grapes for wine. It's most notable residents are the wine dynasties of the Leshandras and Plantare families.
The primary residents of this settlement are Wood elves who have immigrated to Jennara from faerie long ago have pushed down the mountain into the fields if they have not been chosen for service up above.
Some High elves neither in association by blood or service to the great wine families or not possessed of great means  have chosen to live in the lowlands have either done so because they have either stained their name in some fashion or somehow disapprove of high society.

Demographics

Everska is largely wood elf population with a smattering of high elf. Half elves are unusual and very few humans.

Government

Government largely is a wine fiefdom with laws passed down from Leathem  Laws are enforced by a village volunteer constabulary led by and hunting club who will become law enforcement when the time comes.

Defences

Wood elves have formed a militia should the need arise but it is largely disorganized. It's greatest defense is being in close proximity to @Leathem which considers it a province. It will defend its nobles but not its common folk.

Industry & Trade

Everska's greatest industry is in Wine. The Leshandras wine family once dominated this trade but house Plantare has recently emerged as the leader.

Tourism

Everska is a land for tourists who are curious about elven culture who cannot gain entry into Leathem

Architecture

Both wine families are known for their opulent estates. Particularly the sprawling Leshandras gardens that some say are enchanted. 
Some high elvish features spot this largely wood elven village notably the high arched white polished stone of the temple to Selhanine Moonbow. Noted for its streams that trickle through the temple.
The village of Everska is known for it's many bridges connecting one small tree house after another between Redwoods. Though the population is small streets are as much above as below.

Geography

Everska. Is bound by Rivers and small lakes that leak out into the wineries. It is somewhat under the shadow of the great Cyrus mountain that Leathem rests upon. The shadow of the great city is visible over the village.

Natural Resources

The soil in Everska is perfect for the growing of wine. Black, Blue, and dream berries grow wild about the province.
