Olaria (oh-LAR-ee-uh)
Olaria is a state of the Lanarian Empire, consisting of one large north-to-south island and several smaller islands that stretch southward from the equator. Its capital city is Fennilai. The current governor is a Lanarian woman named Rilzani.
The state is very rich in mineral resources, and much of the Empire's ore is imported from Olaria. Between these resources and the simple fact that the archipelago belonged to their people before the Lanarian conquest, the Vincaran Federation has often cast envious glances toward Olaria, and the area may be a future source of serious conflict between the two nations.

Much of the worst fighting in the Great Civil War took place here, including the Battle of Atalav Hill and the Battle of Miantar.
