Strigian Men

"The Strigian Men are not to be trifled with. Silent, deadly, and toxic in more than just the literal sense, they are the perfect bogeymen to frighten any children away from dangerous competitions with the guilds. This way, we can all work on mutual prosperity without undue worry. Speaking of worry, you really shouldn't, I for one welcome the competition of small-town alchemists. Just make sure that you don't keep any of the important discoveries to yourself, yes?"   ~Erazabethene Whitefeather, Plutarch of Alcedene

Structure

The leader of the Stygian Men overall is Tel'Corgar, almost certainly an alias or title rather than the mysterious person's real name. Nothing else is commonly known of the structure of the Stygian Men.     The Strigian Men are organized into cells 9 men (or women) strong: Four pikes, two duellists, and two talons, led by a noncombatant Mask. The talons take care of the bulk of the actual assassinations, with the duelists taking on more impressive prey and the pikes acting as a squad to claim the lives of enemies acting in groups.

Public Agenda

The public agenda of the Strigian Men is to protect the interests of the Tenmasters Alliance. As assassins, their options pretty much range from intimidation to violence.

Assets

Wealth 3d8+3   There are only eight cells of Strigian Men around The Maecodian Confederation, but they do much to conceal their true numbers.

History

The Strigian Men were formed soon after the Tenmasters Alliance. They have continued, shadowy and largely unchanged, ever since.
