Personal history

Ten years younger than Meriarch, he was his apprentice, before becoming the king's personal magician. By hanging out with his wife, he ended up having the same passion as her, studying the history of nations. He is a big and strong man, born in Keld-Aren, in the mountains, whose colossal build is misleading, no one believes him when he presents himself as a magician. However, he was also a champion wrestler for a long time, and worked as a clerk in his parents' dwarf brewery, before he discovered his powers by accidentally burning a stockpile of barrels. He is a proud man, protective of his daughters, and unfailingly loyal to the King of Merida. The manners of a dwarven brewer, and a barkeeper. Welcoming and offering drinks. Hiding his actual status as king’s personal mage, even in battle he call his targets “client” and call his spells “special orders”.

Education

started as a dwarven brewer with his parents in Alkalia. Then ended up burning an entire keg warehouse and got sent in Meridia in the Alian college of magi.

Employment

Personal Mage of the king of Meridia, have a chair in the college of magi and sometimes help his wife and daughter in the familly INN as a brewer/cook.

Accomplishments & Achievements

half-dwarf using magic and fighting with boxing gloves, somehow it is an achievement. Three of his four sisters are legendary demi-gods, that helps too.

He likes good beer, his daughters, good meal full of fat and his work as king's mage. He hates magic users who abuse it for evil deed or simply lazy life, that enter in conflict with his daughter Yloriem who like using magic to do chores without efforts.

They encountered around a table in a meeting between schools. Liziah was a half-elf history student, Galthor was a half-dwarf sorcerer with boxe gloves. they started as friends, studying together at the librarry, and then things happened until they married both in Shamio and Astral aurora rites.

History

Aridia was an insufferable, rebellious child that always tried the limits of her parents. Galthor was firm and sometime severe but always managed to keep the limit in being just, and loving. He wasn't that happy to have to put her in a military school, but seeing how she turned into a demi-godess hero makes him proud, and feel like he did the good choice, or that at least it turned for the best.

When she was young, Aridia called her father "big dwarf" and "old geezer" but otherwise, dad, or daddy. galthor gave her the nickname "Ari" when she was nice, or "miss Riv" when he was going to scold her.

Yloriem was considered by Meliana Arthima as the favourite twin of their dad because of her affinity to magic. Of course, Galthor always tried to show her wrong, but it was hard to effectively be impartial toward her great destiny as one of the most powerful mage ever known.

Meliana always felt second to Yloriem Arthima because of her being a magic gifted. Meliana forgot she was also as gifted as Yloriem but was just more interested in dwarven technologies, as a desire to be different of her twin. That never stopped Galthor from loving her as much as his others daughters. Today, Meliana being Adult, she is perfectly conscious she was just being jealous like all child.

History

Meriarch was a young and fresh archmage, with a licence to teach magic, when the child Galthor arrived in Meridia. Of course, a half-dwarf with that much potential in magic was a strange concept for Galthor, and he was extremely interested in teaching magic to such an outsider. Galthor's physique and origins were a source of problem to the other students, and Meriarch was here to protect him and cheers. Now both adult and old, they share the title and occupation of Archmage, collaborating in researches and academic papers. It was without hesitation that Galthor asked Meriarch to be the private preceptor of Yloriem
