Must free, kill, destroy, dream must cease, must awoke, shake the dream, awake. Dominate spirit, feed my mind.
To satisfy his suffering, free from his power, lost in a dream, a nightmare, he need to awake.
Physical Description
Strange dark tendril spiralling around his crystal heart, with purple flames inside. a face made by the tendril with two dark purple flames.
Holding the oneiric power, the power of dreams, he has the same power as a Calyster, Enumbris and Eriathril, but amplified to a point never achieved since by anyone else, the only think he did not have was time bending, or did he?
Mental characteristics
Shaar Elkraam, son of
Erakel Elkraam, chamberlain and councillor of the Overseer Dario Elina of
Athria. Himself grew with Dario's daughter,
Isara, as childhood friends. Then when age came for Isara to become part of the council, Shaar was asked to become her groom. As the time passed, Shaar grew some romantic feelings toward her; and when she was married to someone else,
Spiridia Onirem, he lost his mind in jealousy. Spiridia Onirem was not only her lover, but also the teacher of Shaar, who wanted to master Aether to amaze her, that is why Shaar took it as a treachery and swore vengeance.
As he fled from the palace of Calyster, he got acquainted with people who were from an adverse camp, the dominators, who were for dominating elves of Kray-Maven through their dreams. As the overseer Elina and the Magister council voted for silence, they thought about killing the king, and saw in Shaar the potential way to approach him; at the time, emotionally broken, he was easy to manipulate. Perfectly unaware of his changes, thinking they were still friends, Isara invited him to the marriage, as witness. That is at this moment, before the eyes of everyone, Isara, Spiridia and his own father, that he killed Dario Elina. As his power was growing thanks to Spiridia's training, and the arrival of his new friends, he could take the palace and establish a new era.
That is only after a long while that Spiridia, Isara and
Karth Estrada could take him down the throne, and fought each other master against student, and lover against rejected. Shaar lost and won at the same time; as he was defeated, his power became too powerful for himself and he tore the veil of the reality, connecting
Kray-Maven to Athria. It is how the fall happened, destroying Athria, erasing it from reality. Once in Kray-Maven, too powerful to be killed, it is by the sacrifice of Karth Estrada that he has been sealed in a mausoleum not far from
Alia. 1300 Years later he came back, freed by Kenariah, his witch, only to be defeated again, and this time forever, by
Quarhnia Onirem.
As a genderless Athrian, it is not really sure if he was taking himself as a male, a female or nothing, at final it was not important, it was a mad monstrous godlike entity that tried to erase a reality.
As the son of a counsellor, he received the same education, someone that would assist the Overseer in his decisions. All of that got lost with his folly.
Started as groom of a childhood friend, and ended as Destroyer of a reality, and enslaver of a second.
Destroyed an entire reality plane, and then ruled as tyran on another one for mostly a century, and taking it back for a year 1300 years later.
He lost any ability to feel that. however, being vanquished by the son of the one he once love may be a bit of an irony. Also the erasing of Athria was an accident while trying to hold a power that was too much for him to handle.
Apparently, the rejection of the one she loved was a trauma enough to provoke the fall of an entire reality.
Sharp mind, prescient even, but entirely mad.
Out of sheer jealousy he killed the father of the one that rejected him, and tried to dominate an entire world. He voided himself of any emotion for that.
his past love and friendship.
