Cairo Xanderreef is a high-level enchanter and aristocrat who holds the position of Speaker of Cnidaria, a role demanding both leadership and wisdom. He was born in Corallocaedes (Pre-Cataclysm Vedalken City) before eventually establishing Cnidaria after the cataclsym.
