Banar Do'ath was a landed Drow criminal in charge of the Tears of Faith crime syndicate. He served the Fujiwara Dynasty by supplying Hanako Fujiwara with useful information until being discovered by Subaru Akimoto and killed by Hanzo Fujiwara shortly thereafter.

Banar's syndicate was allegedly hired by the Akimoto Dynasty as security in the past.
Banar blackmailed the Tiefling Sanctity into working as a sex worker in a Tears of Faith-run brothel, earning the wrath of Hanako Fujiwara. After releasing Sanctity, Banar negotiated a deal with Hanako to receive a land title in exchange for information, beginning their working relationship.
