Bio
Harlan is the firstborn son of the deceased Lord Ulwyk Uller. He is described as being a blunt & impulsive person, earning him the nickname “Hound of Hellhont.” He has the appearance of a typical Dornish Man, with some grey hairs a bit earlier in age than most, but still looks fine. Recently, his wife passed away from the Shivers, and it is rumoured that in his anger he killed 2 servants who brought him the news. He is said to be extremely cold of foreigners, especially the reigning Targaryans and is said to often brag about the death of Rhaenys and her dragon in private, however, is respectful & loyal to his fellow Dornish brothers. He recently took second place, behind his friend Lord Dayne, in the tourney at Ciderhall.Family Ties
