Fifth Prince Arveleg II - First Crown Prince Arveleg II
Arveleg II, being named for his grandfather King Arveleg I, Sindarin meaning "Mighty King" from ar meaning "royal", and beleg (becoming lenited to veleg) meaning "mighty, strong". He was the son of the First Crown Prince Arvegil - King Arvegil I and Priestess of Nienna, Queen Belavanna Nalómë. Arveleg II has grown up under care far more doting than is typical for a Prince of Arnor. A youth during The Angmar War, Arveleg II has matured in a time of relative peace. He has used this time well, learning much of the lore, history, and traditions of the Dúnedain, being particularly enamored with the tales of The Akallabêth and Númenor past, studying architecture and surveyorship in the Grand Library of Annúminas, and training alongside the Masons Guild of Tharbad wherein he met his eventual wife Lady Celivorn Lómëar, Hír of Lome, a fellow student of architecture.
1432 T.A.
In the year 1432 T.A. now the First Crown Prince, Arveleg II leads the campaign in Cardolan to rebuild and Númenoreanize the crumbling infrastructure left to desolation by the now dead 5th Ruling Prince Araphor and his father 4th Ruling Prince Tarandil. He is well known in Tharbad for his work with the varying guilds which specialize in construction. His demeanor is even, if a bit reserved, watchful of his surroundings and thier composition. Along with his wife Lady Celivorn Lómëar, First Prince Arveleg II has raised his son Eigth Prince Eradíl with tenderness and compassion though the era in which he was born has done much to shape him outside of thier desires. First Prince Arveleg II wields the blade Arminist (S. Orc Slayer) passed down to him by his father upon the latters coronation as High King of Arnor and claiming of the heirloom Gurthang.Relationships
