Pelry
Pelry tried for many years to remain the city it had been for hundreds of years prior. Pelry was founded by natives to the island of Stonetalon in 355. Pelry's natives included Yuan-ti , Kuo Toa and Tabaxi. These three societies formed a communal hub, where individuals could safely meet and trade among themselves or traveling ships. Over time, the cluttered, cultural beauty was overwhelmed by the Steel Grasp, an organization that had been conquering island cities for years. Finally, in 814, the natives were forced out of their own city. Today, only Tabaxi and the occasional Yuan-ti remain. The rest were forced back into tribal settlements.

The city is ruled by Izrin Derontel, a half-elven Steel Grasp enforcer.
