House Metamesia
House Metamesia is the Royal house of Autumia ruling out of Oasis They are a family with a strong bloodline for the magical sciences of alchemy, scribe, seal barrier, and enchanment magics. All members of this bloodline have the gift of transformation. For most Metamesia this ability only allows them to turn completely or partially into one creature without the need to speak spells. This creature is said to be represented of their personality and spirit. Their Founding Monarch was Arthur Metamesia an Alchemmist Sangoi demigod. He valued the need and necessity for change.
Their House words are “Fostering Change”. It embodies their willingness to change and adapt. It also demonstrates their encouragement of change in others.Their insignia is a overlaying orange and white leaf on an orange field. The leaf itself symbolizes autumn and the changing of the seasons. The overlapping of the white and orange leaf symbolize the change from one form into another. The color orange symbolizes energy and is a reference to the season of autumn, the season of change. Their house animal is the butterfly. House Metamesia is famously known to be excellent scientist and researchers as well.
Structure
The head of they family is the king or queen of Autumia. After a monarch passes or steps down from the throne an election by the people selects the new monarch among the living members of the Metamesia Family. Thus kingship/queenship can jump between generation and sub-bloodlines of the Metamesia family. However this does ensure that many Metamesian family member play active roles in their community throughout their life time.
The coronation of a Metamesian Monarch is known as the Presentation of the Gift. The newly elected Monarch presents the city of oasis with a gift to signify all the good they will do for the kingdom. They also announce their candidates to be part of the Carmines . The newly elected Carmines then are handed down the Carmine brooches.

Following in the footsteps of their founder. House Metamesia has fostered a culture that steady embraces change. Thus their most highly regarded values are change, flexibility, Open-mindness, Intelligence, adaptability, and education. With these as their guiding principle the other houses view House Metamesia as Intelligent and forward thinking, but fickle.
History
Founded by A powerful alchemy demigod Sangoi, Named Arthur Metamesia, who participated in the Convergence Barrier Ritual. After the ritual he first returned to his hometown of Oasis. There he began to design a series of bridges, dams, and canal that effectively allowed the residents of Oasias tame the rapids at the base of Paradise falls. THe village quickly began to grow and get the attention of its fellow cities in Autmuns valley.
Arthur then began to travel various peoples of Autumn valleys. He offered his knowledge, abilities and resources to enourage the growth all over the valley. He also served as a mediator to the few conflict to arise among growing Autumain cities. Event the Autumia alliance realized they would need a centralized leader to both maintain cooperation between its members and to serve as a face for foreign affairs. Naturally they choose Arthur to take this position due to his good deeds, and his realtions to the new kings and queens arising to power in the other kingdoms. They also decided that an elected member his bloodline would help to avoid conflict due to succession. Thus House Metamesia rose to be the royal house of Autumia

House Metamesia was founded by a sangoi and was based in a city with a hi Sangoi population. Thus historically House Metamesia member have been Sangoi with ocasional half bloods. At some point metalliods became a prominet demographic in the members

Their kingdom of Autumia is located in an area known as Autumn Valley . A fertile valley in the
Blacklin mountains. To the north is the kingdom of the whitelands. To the west is the Onyx river and the Blacklin kingdom. To the south is the kingdom of Wintercov. To the east is the Inverno river and the Hollien Kingdom.
