The Borderland - County Kvatch

This region sits at the intersection of several distinct regions. The Gold Coast to the west, the West Weald to the east, the Colovian Highlands to the Northwest.
County Kvatch was once bifurcated by a hastily constructed wall during the Colovian Revolt, in which Varen Aquilarios overthrew the Longhouse Emperors in the middle Second Era. Centuries later, only a few sections of the wall remain standing, worn down by the elements to about waist height. Since the county is not a distinct region in itself, it is informally known as the Borderland.
