Located at the southeast corner of Brigand's Bay, Blackrock is the capital of the kingdom of Wallacia. Named for the tall, black rock cliffs which shelter the harbor and on which the main fortress sits, the city has grown quickly from a small pirate encampment to a bustling major seaport.
