Lerthon River
The Lerthon is a large river that flows through much of The Rift. It starts in the southwestern Dragonpeaks and flows southwest before eventually meeting the Aegion at the city of Darus. It is navigable up to the foothills of the Dragonpeaks, and boat traffic between the Aegion and the town of Thern is common, as the mines to the north of Thern provide most of The Rift's supply of metals. The river is sparsely populated for most of it's length, and most residents live on small, largely isolated farms along it's shores, with higher concentrations of people near Darus and Thern.
