Seaton

Saltmarsh's closest neighbor is the port of Seaton to the east, which for years was only about twice as large as Saltmarsh. It similarly also enjoyed prosperous fishing and shipping industries, until King Kimbertos Skotti turned his attentions to the southern coast to deal with the Sea Princes. Upon advice from his admirals, Seaton was chosen to be an important naval base. This decision transformed Seaton from a robust fishing town into a drab featureless fortress. Seaton's harbor became heavily fortified and serves the area as the primary defensive point of the region with a large flotilla of naval warships, infantry, and cavalry divisions.   Duke Marik Feldren rules over the fortified town in his capacity of the governor of the southern province, Viscounty of Salinmoor, that contains Seaton, Saltmarsh, and Burle.
