Erron Black

Erron Black is a knight as well as a Free Lancer, a rare combination in Andrim. As a knight he has won the Font of Glory and The Tournament at Bettigar Keep many times over, currently holding the record of most victories of single combat duels in the kingdom's history. He has worked as a fame slayer of both monsters and dubious men and for enough gold just about anyone or anything. He is in many circles regarded with legend status, even the harrowed Dragon Guard respected his skills in the age of Ormund, in the time of Ajax The Invincible's reign he garnered most of his tournament victories and treasures, including reclaiming his ancestral home in Kerrigan. Erron gained his knighthood sometime during the The Conquest of Ajax and The Purge though which lord or knight gave him the honor is not known.
With his Knighthood obtained Erron gained the ability to enter into the most elite tournaments, which resumed shortly after Ajax signed The Black Iron Pact. Shortly after he proved himself many times over to be the best swordsman in Andrim; some of the most honorable knights in the kingdom entered into the tournaments for the first time in an attempt best him; all failed, some even rematched him to the death after the tournaments were over; they all failed as well. Erron used his status as champion and reputation to charge more for contracts than any free lancer in history and became a sort of celebrity as the most expensive sword in the kingdom. 
Recently Erron has been seen training some knights and cornering them in tournaments rather than fighting in them himself, his last contest was one of his rare defeats at the hands of Sir Eberen  of Bettigar Keep by decision after the two fought to a draw. He was present in Ockney's Hold for the fall harvest festival qualification bouts, cornering a young man named Lex. He was then seen a week or so later at Barrel Hollow during the thieves auction.  
The group lead by Auberdine "Dean" Callisto  known as the Coalition of Rend spied on Sir Erron during his time in Gravesford and confirmed him to be an agent of Ajax, after which they reached out to form an alliance with him; seeking a guide for their excursion into the Underdark, he agreed on the condition they would help him find something he sought in the city of Avarak Sul. He accompanied them to their Castle and though he vowed not to get involved with their conflicts with the Gnolls, when Castle Rend was laid to siege by demonic forces during The Battle of the Blood Moon he saved several workers from the Company of The Jade Axe and Arx's stonemasons from certain death at the hands of winged demons.

Questionable knight of ill repute, Rumored to be Black Iron Legion affiliated, most tournament wins in Andrimian history.

The Order of Dusk

Erron was still a young man when he met Respar Daggarhide, a dwarven slayer with the Order of Dusk, who had dedicated his life to hunting and slaying of wights and undead creatures such as ghouls and vampires. Respar was impressed with Erron's talents and recruited him into the fold of their order, inducting him with their mysterious ceremonies and occult rituals, permanently changing his physiology and giving him some of the talents he is known for in executing his contracts. He left the order over a decade ago to pursue Free lancing at a exorbitant rate. The Order of Dusk still carries on today, though in fewer number than ever before these days. Sir Erron's relationship with the Order is unknown.
