The current Reine d'Outremer ("Queen Beyond the Gulf" in Gothique), head of state and commander-in-chief of Outremer. A wily ruler, she has used religious devotion, military power, courtly politics - and not a little treachery and xenos technology - to advance both the stability of her realm and her own influence. In this she has been particularly helped by Bishop Ghibbelin and Maréchal Hugh of Les Chevaliers d'Outremer.
