Patriarche
Le Patriarche d'Outremer (Gothique: Patriarch of Outremer) is the senior cleric of the Ghibbeline Cult. He is a member of Le Haute Cour and, in theory, exercises significant influence over the Outremarin. In practice the current Patriarche, the Astartes Old One Aimery of Les Chevaliers d'Outremer, is disconnected from day-to-day administration and his senior bishop Ghibbelin is the true ecclesial power in Outremer.
