Kingdom of Peleponisia (Pela-po-nesha)

Structure

The title of king gets passed down through bloodline. The king decides everything about the kingdom he rules. He does have advisors made up of nobles of the kings choosing to help on decisions about the kingdom. Nobles that are not on the council of advisors can become military trainers, officers, commanders, generals, etc. The nobles also have land of their own that they look after and enforce the laws and rules of the king.

Culture

Their culture is set around themselves and bringing about a new era of peace amongst other species and cultures. They believe that the blighted is the main threat to peace. Valor and courage is a main importance to the people of Peleponisia as they respect and love the military that keeps them safe. The kingdom is know for their courage and fighting skills on the battlefield. Respected professions are the blacksmiths as they provide the military with the best and latest equipment.

Public Agenda

The goals of the kingdom include destroying the blighted once and for all. Another goal is to become the dominating force in the world in order to bring peace.

History

Demography and Population

The population is spread out in cities and towns across the lands along with small farming and fishing villages. The average birth/death rate is 2:1 so for every two people born 1 dies. The current population is 13,710,208 people

Territories

The territory that Peleponisia occupies is all land that belonged to the Pelotorean Kingdom which was its predecessor.

Military

Their are 4 different categories of the military. Melee, Range, Siege, and Peacemaker Corps. They are then categorized even further with more specialized training depending on which unit they belong to.

Religion

All religions are represented in Peleponisia as they have freedom of religion for the most part but the dominate religion is the Children of the Two Gods. The only religions that are forbidden are any that require rituals and dark magic.

  • Punishments- Death by Hanging, Slavery, Fines, Prison, Flogging
  The kingdom has part of the military that acts as the police across the kingdom called the Peacemakers Corps. The severity of the punishment depends on the crime or how many time a crime was committed. All law documents are stored in the capital in the Law bringers HQ.

Agriculture & Industry

Agriculture and Industry are both big parts of the kingdom neither of them are more dominate than the other. Some industries that keep the kingdom going are Woodworking, Lumber, Mines, and Blacksmiths. Some of the Agriculture includes Plenty of farm land, animal husbandry, and hunting.

Trade & Transport

They have a great trade road that runs north through the middle of the kingdom that branches off to the different cities, towns and villages. The main things they trade are furs, pelts, wood, and animal byproducts.

Education

Education is something that the middle class and higher can afford. The education level depends on what schools you are able to pay for but most of the population has an average education level.

The official currency of Peleponisia is gold coins they call Chrons which have the king etched on the front and a sword and shield on the back. On large purchase where they cant carry that many coins they use notes for the amount. The note is then given to a bank where the customer has a certain amount of days to pay the note. If not done the bank sends out debt collectors to collect the money.

The main imports of the kingdom are high qulity clothing material, fish, silver, and copper

The king is the one who makes all the laws and rules with the help of his advisors.

Citizens called Law bringers travel to cities and to the nobles to read and interpret the laws and rules.
Executive Body
The nobles of the kingdom enforce the rules to their respective lands. Using the Peacmaker Corps which is specially trained to handle civilian matters.
