With the rapid develepoment of first Clocktech, and shortly after Steamtech, the CC realized that the pioneers of these technologies were so far ahead of the standardized curriculum that one would have to be derived from the ground up.
Turnwheel Academy was built within the first year of this new curriculum being implimented. Announcing to the rest of Periton that they would lead way in educating the next generation, they quickly proved the could back up this declaration. Turnwheel was the first academy within Periton to fully leave tradition behind them in the wake of searching for a bright future.
