Having once been the treasurers of Slosterias early rulers, the Hartehan Family was asked to extend their services to the general public by the CC. Hartehan Treasury was built in responses to the growing population of Periton. This treasury would act as the cities central bank. Allowing anyone to store their gold for a small monthly fee, as well as take out loans with a small interest rate. With the population of Periton rapidly growing after its creation, the number of its users quickly grew into the hundreds of thousands. To accommodate the number of its users, the Hartehan's would buy out and use many of its competitor's buildings to handle the work load and increase their area of influence. Thanks to the creation of the CWAN the Treasury can offer its services to anyone, anywhere, as long as they are connected.
