Icicle Plate

An artifact that is related to Arceus, the creator of the world and beyond it. At times it will release sub-zero energy, near-instantly freezing anything that comes into contact with it. Its other currently known aspects is attuning with a (worthy?) holder, but nothing else. It is theorized that this Plate contains the building blocks of the universe, allowing Arceus to create Ice-type Pokémon, and any form of ice found within the world.
