An artifact that is related to Arceus, the creator of the world and beyond it. At times it can alter its weight to emulate metal. Its other currently known aspects is attuning with a (worthy?) holder, allowing them to coat their limbs in a metal-like coating, boosting both their offensive and defensive capabilities. It is theorized that this Plate contains the building blocks of the universe, allowing Arceus to create Steel-type Pokémon, and any metals found within the world.
