An artifact that is related to Arceus, the creator of the world and beyond it. Its currently known aspect is attuning with a (worthy?) holder, allowing them to tap into primordial divine energies to augment their preexisting capabilities. It is theorized that this Plate contains the building blocks of the universe, allowing Arceus to create Normal-type Pokémon.

After Arceus was struck down by The Renegade, this and the other Plates were scattered to unknown locations.
