Mind Plate

An artifact that is related to Arceus, the creator of the world and beyond it.
While the main version of this artifact is with a new host at the moment, an alternate timeline version was revealed to exist as well. Seemingly this means that Plates don't need to exist in separate universes in order to evade space-time, potentially acting as a fail-safe against the Plates falling into the wrong hands.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Its other currently known aspects is attuning with a worthy Holder, allowing them to tap into divine energies to augment their preexisting capabilities. Also at times, it produces immense psychic energy and mental feedback aimed at the one who failed to be a suitable Plate Holder, making them relive past trauma. It is theorized that this Plate contains the building blocks of the universe, allowing Arceus to create Psychic-type Pokémon, and any phenomenon pertaining to psychic energy (e.g. Psychic Residue) found within the world.

History

After Arceus was struck down, this and the other Plates were scattered to unknown locations. At some point, someone found the Mind Plate, but it is unknown what has been done with it since being acquiesced.
Beta Timeline: Professor Evergreen's consciousness has physically "fused" with the Mind Plate, appearing to look like a tumor burrowing into it. This Evergreen is seen using it to torment Phineas Luna's Beta Variant with mental assaults in the form of "voices".

Significance

Assists Arceus in channeling the necessary amount of Type Energy.
