An artifact that is related to Arceus, the creator of the world and beyond it. Its currently known aspect is attuning with a (worthy?) holder, allowing them to tap into divine energies to augment their preexisting capabilities. It is theorized that this Plate contains the building blocks of the universe, allowing Arceus to create Water-type Pokémon, and any source of water found within the world.
