Ruins of NYC

History

New York City was a major city of the eastern seaboard United States during the human era. In the reign of dragons, the city saw massive population losses due to the conflicts between humans and dragons, with many abandoned skycrapers becoming roosts for many species of dragonkin. Due to climate change, most of which brought on by the The War of Black Ash, the island flooded and sank into the Atlantic Ocean, becoming well and truly abandoned.   It has since become a world heritage site, well known for its examples of human architecture and artifacts.
